Why We Left Pembrokeshire and Came to Swansea

Computer Solutions Wales began its journey in Pembrokeshire. It was there that we built up the business, gained loyal customers, and made our name locally. However, as time went on, it became clear that staying there was holding us back.

One of the biggest challenges we faced was with our old landlord. The situation made running the business extremely difficult and caused a lot of unnecessary stress. At the time, it felt like we were constantly battling against obstacles that had nothing to do with the quality of our work or the service we provided. On a personal level, the pressure affected my health and wellbeing, which forced me to step back and think carefully about the future of both myself and the company.

That’s when the decision to move to Swansea was made – and to establish it as our new head office. Swansea offers us a much stronger foundation – it’s vibrant, well-connected, and has given us access to better opportunities and bigger clients. Since relocating, the business has grown, our team has expanded, and I’ve personally been able to get back on track.

Importantly, I’m pleased to say that things with our old landlord are no longer as strained as they once were. After many conversations, we’re working towards leaving the past behind us and moving forward positively.
