Computer Solutions Wales would like to share an important update with our customers, partners, and wider community.

In recent months, our business has faced a challenging period following the unexpected passing of the mother of our Founder, Steven Grant. This personal loss had a significant impact on Steven’s availability and understandably affected our service levels, communication, and response times. We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused and thank everyone who showed understanding and kindness during this time.

We are pleased to confirm that Steven has now returned to work, and we are taking immediate steps to restore and elevate our services to the standards our clients expect. Our renewed actions include:

• Faster response times and improved customer service
• Streamlined workflow, ticketing, and repair processes
• Stronger and clearer communication channels
• Increased oversight and quality assurance from senior management
• A refreshed commitment to professionalism, reliability, and accountability

Our Contribution During Lockdown

Community support has always been at the heart of Computer Solutions Wales. During the COVID-19 lockdown, we proudly:

• Supplied contracted IT staff to the NHS completely free of charge, ensuring critical systems remained operational during a national emergency.
• Provided more than 5,000 laptops to schools and colleges across Pembrokeshire at no cost, helping students continue their education from home.

These actions reflect our long-standing commitment to doing what is right for our community, not just what is good for business.
